The recruitment process
Our ability to serve our clients depends on the people we hire. That’s why we take a long, careful look at candidates, and why we ask that you do the same of us. The recruitment process can take anywhere from a week to 3 months, depending on the position you are applying for.

- State explicitly which available position you are applying for.
- Your resume / curriculum vitae.
- Verified copies of all your stated qualifications.
- Any formal past performance reviews.
- A formal personality/psychological assessment if you’ve had one.
- A written explanation of any gaps in your employment history.
- A list of your references and their current contact details (e-mail and phone numbers) at all your former employers, including both a line manager as well as a colleague.
- Your written answers to the following questions:
- Why do you want to work in the asset management industry?
- Why do you want to work for RE:CM?
- Describe the best and worst investment ideas you've allocated capital to.
